If you read the previous pages you'll see where he said this is removable, and track only. The passenger headlight will go right back in place when not on the track, and work just fine.

Sitting still on the dyno you won't see anything, correct.

Yeah it's not like I've been working on it since making this thread
All the work from the first set of pictures posted on 4/25 was all one day. 4/28 I worked on it again for an hour or so. 4/30 worked another hour. After that it wasn't until 6/27 or 28th that I was able to work on it again. And now yesterday and today. So I really only have the time I was able to put in in those 5-6 days.
excellent work thus far, i probably would have used a velocity stack instead of the plumbing piece just because of the way its shaped on the inside but should work great none the less. Cant wait to see the finished product.

Parts Express is actually where I had planned on getting them. It would just be hard to make it flow well with the rest of the contours. I'll figure something out on the next one.
Cool project... but imo I would not cut anything out of the radiator support/upper tie bar. It is a structural and impact/crush zone. It will effect the way the car was designed to take an impact if one were to happen.

If this car takes an impact, a crumple zone will be the least of my worries. And it already has a big hole from the factory where I'll be cutting so..
