iFail.
a tesla system is still a fully functioning pc system (assuming you add a video card into it), so it's fair to use them in the comparison lol and yes they're windows based.
I will admit it, I voted yes. I mean seriously where the F has all the fun gone. And what's wrong with being ribbed, Trojan's are.... Girl's like this..... how many guy's have had or want to have a chick with her's pierced?????
Right so the people that were going to buy a kindle or nook, would buy the iPad since they want some features of a computer such as email/photo/media and your talking $489 compared to $499(starting), but you get more than a "one-track-mind". And people just go ape nuts for Apple products. Apple is trying to do with the iPad to mobile offices as to what they did with the iPhone and cell phones. But didn't want to drop sales so left phone support out.....
Like I said...I think the iPad is going to mark the beginning of the end for Apple's overpriced empire. Now I don't mean Apple is going to tank...I mean that they are actually going to have to get competitive with their pricing and allow for a lot more 3rd party support than they currently have. The cult that supports and follows Apple and wastes endless amounts of money to have the latest gadget they release is dwindling with every minute as more companies put out products that are not only better...but cheaper. And I think the Android platform has come as the biggest threat because it is so superior to the iPhone platform...especially since AT&T, the iPhone's ONLY provider, has started offering Android based phones as well.
But we'll see what comes out in the future from Apple....maybe they will dabble in the Gaming world "again" with something called the iGame? Maybe they'll make the iPad even bigger and call it an iFlatScreen and market it as a "smart TV?" Who Knows?

First off, Apple sold over a million Ipads in less than a month. They had to delay their opening in foreign markets due to depletion of stock in America which was intended for other markets. I somehow fail to see how anyone can argue that the Ipad is going to be a failure or that it marks the beggining of Apple's demise.
Secondly, Apple is normally behind the curve on new product development because they wait for new products to come out, study the consumer reactions and then tweek the product on the OSX platform before releasing it with that one "little" thing that's been pissing off PC users fixed. This has been Apple's way of business for years now and it's kept them in business.
Apple's sales are based on converting regular computer users who can't properly maintain a PC on the Windows platform. Hell, look at all of their commercials, their all windows bashing because Apple's target market is Windows users who are unhappy.
I use both PC's and a MAC(my laptop) and I honestly prefer using the Mac for simplicity reasons. I havn't tried Windows 7 yet though which I'm been hearing good reviews about. But some of the features on the Mac are simply not parralleled in Windows. Argue it as much as you'd like, Mac has many features that Windows doesn't even come close to. And yes, I know Windows has many features that Mac doesn't even come close to, however, I find these features to be mostly features I don't end up using.
But Yes, The Ipad is a giant Ipod which I think is a really stupid idea. But sales prove us all wrong in thinking that the Ipad will be a failure.
