If you ask me any of those garages that aren't full of tools or have a lift or two are a waste of money. They're just a place to park their really expensive cars and let them sit. If/when I build my garage, not only will it look nice, it's gonna be fully functional. I want a lift, a spot to clean and detail, and a lounge area. And parking for at least 4 cars. That's MY dream garage. It doesn't have to be full of Ferrari's and such, I'd be perfectly fine with a Cobalt and a muscle car.

I agree 100%. It is just amazing some of the stuff that people pay just to have their cars sit. My dream garage is exactly what you said.
