My Retrofit Build:








Drill a hole, so you can remove the screw holding the bulb reflector on.





Remove the three torx/phillips screws:



And you get this:









Now I just need to reseal tomorrow as it was snowing and they are soaked.

looks good man! it's nice to see a couple different pics like the one looking at the back of the bulb with the wires... i currently have my housings painted, shrouds painted, reflector bowls are ready to be painted, and i'm waiting on bulbs/ballasts and then i can put mine together!

Damn! I just wish that I could start all over again. I didn't cut the back hosing, but I put black foams around it hold up my lights. Oh Well!

I mainly did this, Because all of the how to's, Do not have clear picture at all... and it's confusing to some. So I made it clear I think.

me likey! which kit is this? i need to find a hid kit like this that uses 55w H1's will that be a waste of $$ ? cause i have the bulbs

They'll turn more yellow after you use them a little bit.

I knew that the kit looked familiar though. See my signature.

i like it and looked simple. i just hope i can find the info i need before i purchase lol i got h1 55w @ 6000k hope they dont burn up.

You should do what Padlock did, Paint the cutoff shields Red so that it shines through! And get some red Halo's off ebay!

I do want to do what Padlock did. I'm going to reseal mine in the spring, so I'll disassemble them and paint the shield at that time. Be sure to post pics of yours in the daylight tomorrow. The all chrome look is classy.

You right headlight starts at 1 brick the cuts up 2 3 bricks on the left, but it's supposed to angle
Up to the right and the left side should b straight, just sayin
