I have acquired them over the years, the SS just this past January. I have a day job and run a web business.

Actually, due to my age, and the cars used for pleasure use only, the insurance is only around $300USD per month for all 3. I have two of them under fire and theft for now, so the insurance is 1/2.

I have lots planned for the SS, and it's not losing the wing. In my own personal view, since the trunk is to short in appearance on the sedan, I wanted something to lengthen the rear end. The wing is staying.

I am definitely going to lower it, maybe coilovers maybe not, turbo upgrade of some sort, or maybe just a good tune with bolt on intake, hard pipes, exhaust downpipe, etc, etc. I already have a Kenwood NAV radio ready to go in, maybe speaker and amp upgrades to follow. The funds will decide how much I can do and how soon.

As for the SVT, I'll post some pics of it for you to view. Also, in my signature is a link to my cars and you can review the history of the cars since I owned them.

These are rare to say the least, only around 15000 or so made, probably only 1/2 of them them. In Canada, we only got 1200 of them, and most that I know of are ready for the scrap heap, or have been written off. There are only a very few good ones left.

That SVT is awesome. I had one of those and killed the motor at 40k from a bad tune. Ford lemoned it and gave me all the money back cause they couldn't get a new motor.

That's a shame about the motor, but that's been the history of the Contour SVT regarding finding replacement parts.

Thanks,

3.0l turbo, yes, I'd do that too, if mine didn't already have a supercharger (as you already know).

I like the SRT-4, that just amazes me the amount of money put into all of those vehicles and how much you lose over time. I hate that about cars/trucks.
