Well owning this thing has been an experience already in my few months of ownership.
First up, this car is surprisingly a blast to drive in the snow...
Then I bought some wheels for the summer (stock M5 wheels with Dunlop rubber.
Then came the maintenance, been like this a few times (most issues I knew of prior to purchase)...
Then the inevitable happened....
So I had to rip it apart...
While I had it apart I figured it was a good time to do more maintenance!
Quick pic of the new bumper grill complete with functional brake ducts now (made from sink drains..lol)...
New bumper is out for paint, new headlight lenses, crash bar and fender liners are already installed.
Upgraded the look of the front end with Euro smoked headlight lenses, yellow fogs and black out kidney grills....should look real sharp when its all done.
Should have it back on the road next week, then it goes in the shop again for a new clutch and muffler delete.
THEN I am beating the living **** out of it for giving me such a hard time I'll get vids...

manual, V8, RWD and a LSD, no wonder it's fun in the snow! I've always wanted something like that for the winter but we have a lot of steep hills and I've seen plenty of RWD's stuck if you're moving from a stand still or turning onto the hill, even with good winter tires. How does it handle hills?
what a sin!

When the previous owner bought the car it came with a horrible set of 19" wheels, I am unsure what happened to the original M5 wheels for this car.
I was offered the 19's when I bought the car for extra money and I refused...lol
