Anyone know what needs to be done to run an LSJ head on a 2008 L61? From what I've seen on here its doable, but I can't find any specifics as to what exactly is required.

gonna be putting my m62 from my lsj on my base model tomorrow so i can put the turbo on the lsj and eventually sell the base model. any tips or tricks to help make it easier? will 80s be overkill on a stage 2 pulley? I'm going to be sticking with e85 btw

Yeah I figured I might as well just keep it in there and boost it so it's still fun to drive. And I should be able to get a little more for it when I sell it.

 

Or you can keep it for a couple years and sell me the motor after then hehe

Ordered ARP headstuds, Eagle rods, and Wisecos at the end of December. In the process of getting a new 2.2 to build. It only has 8000k on it (less than 5k miles lol) for $600...including another 5spd trans (which I don't need but for $600 I don't care- I'll take it haha)

 

Just got my ss front bumper and lip + sideskirts today, just got to sand and paint them. Gonna order the rear lip and get some paint soon

PLANNING to paint the whole car white and giver the ol evomod.

 

Would anyone be interested or know someone that would be interested in buying my 2.2 once I get the m62 installed? GM stage 2 pulley, zzp s3 heat exchanger, forged bottom end, zzp #78 valve springs, brfps, and deutsch works fuel pump
