I did that when I was taking off my Vibrant header to get it Jet Hot coated. I had it in the garage so the enclosed space made it quite loud. My dad didn't approve.

It did sound alot quieter than mine did, but maybe the camera loses the sound for some reason. Mine sounded like M80's at idle.

yea my camera made it sound quieter ill take that over shitty sound anyday. then i do still have a cat welded in there so it will be quieter.

 

I started mine on a straight header when i was doing the exhaust. It was unbelievably loud. I couldn't even take it past 3500 rpm's

 

oddly, that sounds pretty quite...must be the camera. I did that same thing when i was putting on my header,dp and exhaust...i actualy went for a drive around the block with just my header and dp on...******* loud!
