For you guys that can't afford the downtime a new valve cover (part #12797659) costs $82.69 shipped from GMPartsDirect.com, maybe less from Crate Engine Depot. (It also comes with a new seal.)

I don't know what you do about your blower though. I bought an extra one to solve that problem.

Selling the Stiegemeier prepped, ported, and polished blower as a whole with no trade necessary when I'm done with it (not anytime soon) because my stock one is sitting pretty in the closet.

I have another valve cover but its been powdercoated, not polished.
