definately the tailgater's fault for being a *******. the camera car, long as he uses his signal, had all the right to merge as he did, safely, before the dividing line.

A van did that to me the other day....the lane was coming to a close due to construction and he did not want to let me over even though i was indicating and started to make my way over with room like normal...he speed up and and got in the way so i couldnt finish merging...im like wtf

In nones defense but more to make a point. There was Plenty of room behind the explorer. He could have easily slowed down and gotten behind it.

 

^^^ Agreed. Sometimes....a lot of times it's better to let **** slide. But, let someone **** with my car and all bets are off.

If someone threw **** at my car, as in the video, I'd get their license plate (since CA has those ******* front plate laws) and file an insurance claim and make them pay for it. Simple & effective.

I have had that happen to me when trying to make a land change the vehicle next to me the idiot driving it will speed up so I just let him go and wait then make the lane change

 

Doesn't always work. I've been in a situation like this where I needed to get over and I did slow down to get behind the person but they just matched my speed until I said **** it and downshifted and blew past them.

Some people are just dicks, things will be a lot better and safer if people didn't take everything so ******* personal when driving
