^ha sorry dude i took the golf cart home and am trying to get some poon

But i read the superchips page, and thats a fuel regulator code. I wrote my code down somewhere and ill find it but it actually reads "low fuel pressure" And the car went into limp mode. Drove to NY and let the car sit 3 days when the dealer told me to get a stock intake. When I got back and cranked the car up it started up and then died 3 seconds later. Like it initially started up, and then it sounded like some1 put the choke on a lawnmower. Did it 3x. Thats when I, in my mind, decided it MUST be the fuel pump not giving me gas.

WOW....thats some stupid ****, the gm dealership i work at never pulls crap like that...hell we even install aftermarket stuff and then do warranty work on it.

I was always told by my service manager that GM doesnt frown upon aftermarket accessories.

so its a fuel pump?

mine cracked about a few weeks ago, took it in, got it fixed in less than 4 hours. Then again I used to work there I was just hanging out with the techs in the back shooting the breeze lol

Its always nice to have alot of connections at a dealership

man like I said id pay if my parts caused the problem. whats pissing me off is that its been 2 weeks and they still dont even know wtf is the problem. They never even tested the fuel pump yet, but they can stare at a wiring harness and scratch there head for days wondering why the colors arent matching their piece of paper

Not to knock all Techs, but some of my most car ignorant friends have become dealer techs... and if it doesn't match the instructions, you're better off letting them scratch thier head than try to figure it out on thier own..lol

All the salesman love it. I bring it their and was told "I have one of the cleanest cobalts they have seen." Tech guys and service managers would rather see a stock Suburban in and out of their then a modified cobalt.

I just called at 3:00 today, was told Stewart was on the other line and he will call me righ tback. I just asked them if there was any news or if I could get an update on whats going on. Its now 40 minutes later and I havent received a call back or anything. **** happens everytime

If there is another chevy dealership, I would suggest you threaten the dealership that has your car. Local dealerships fight eachother for your business..

Edit: Called back today at 4:50, they told me dan or stuart would call me right back. 15 minutes later I got a call back from Stuart, who is the biggest ******* I have ever listened to on the phone. and Stuart told me that they put in a request through chevy if they can work on it and their waiting to hear back. they SHOULD know something by tommorow. Has anyone ever heard of this **** b4? If they wanna work on a car does it honestly take a day to find out or do they just get on the phone and its pretty ******* instant? are they really just jerkin me around this bad? I dont think theres another chevy dealer within an hour away from my house.
