I like it a lot. Sounds like there is going to be a side exit revolution. I t definatley sounds better than the corsa. I havent heard the borla yet though.

 

Man, maybe it's me but that exhaust doesn't sound that great. Seems like everyone likes it though so I suppose thats a good thing! It sounds almost like it's dying for air and lots of little back fire sounds. Maybe it just needs a good tuneup.

 

any pics from under the car, so you just took off the muffler and tip and turned it out the side? what size is the pipe you used

Nothing wrong with going along with a good idea. I'm suprised BDJ's or Maxxfab haven't gotten in on the Cobalt'/Redline's, as they do alot of side exit exhausts for us SRT guys I believe. Maybe somebody should go over and ask them wtf they're waiting on. It was a great idea Brandon, i'm glad you did it dude. Patent that **** and make some bling yo!

 

i wasnt saying the side exhaust was a bad idea but i think it would be better if he had the only cobalt with the side exhaust imo, lol if you dont remeber i was there sunday

 

for the time being I'm going to withhold anymore in depth info , due to working with the person that did it to make it our own design and maybe make some money on it . I assure you if we don't do that I will definantly fill you all in .

Oh, I know you weren't saying it was a bad idea, I just thought you kinda meant that nobody should copy or try a side exit exhaust. I edited my previous post as well, seeing as maybe boosted06 doesn't want it copied. And it was his idea and his car, so i'll let him do all the talking.
