to be honest... i ask my self that question every single day.... at that time... i was in a ditch with money... school and ****... so i thought smart way out was dumping it and getting a beater for a little and i did and save some money.. but i could have got thru... i miss that car more then anything in the world 
loved passing by vettes on highways and them just looking at me like oh wtf i got beat by a neon....??
