If you don't already have a wideband I would highly suggest getting one next time around.

 

Ya we thought the on tape thing was funny too..Whats the chances? Who else was I going to blame? Mike at new era? no my car ran good and pulled strong. I should not have been wot in the winter but it ran good and never gave me any indication that something like this was going to happen.

Its on the rebuild list, if there is one.....

Widebands wont make your car safe they are just an indicator of whats going on. More or less in the winter time if you haven't got retuned it would just be a little reminder to get retuned when it starts reading high 12's up to mid 13's.

 

It was definitely pretty crazy. I'm on it in the middle lane and I see dan get in the left lane. I slow up a little for a car in front of me and and he just blows by me all of a sudden with this huge smoke trail behind him. But hopefully he'll be tearing into it day to see how bad it is and if all goes well in a few weeks it'll be back and better than ever.
