Im goin to get in to it on fri,sat and sunday. Ive got other stuff on the lift now and just need to finish up some loose ends on that. So if your free sat sun your help will greatly be appreciated .....

did you pull the plugs yet? from what it looks like, we did the same thing, 2 of my sleeves were fucked, along with melted thru piston #2 and #4, but yours started mine said **** you... since its winter in all get a solid build plan together, i give you mine to look at, and from what i read you dont wanna go turbo? TVS, same internal mods your gonna need as me

Still, splitting sleeves? How much knock are people ignoring? You have to feel the power going away as the car pulls 10 degrees of timing or more...

But i dont know thats the only thing it could be if the tune was fine (atleast during summer)
I thought he said he had an intercepter...doesnt that monitor knock too???
The block was still fucked I think though, I had a sleeve split like a week after I put new pistons back in. I didn't check too carefully for sleeve damage, at the time no-one was having problems
Yeah, car was so much faster than that too, that was about 1.5 years ago
