#1 too much foreground and not a good backdrop in my opinion...

#2 camera not centered on car...

#3 too much depth of field and odd framing

#4 red building in background is destracting and car is at an odd angle...

#5 captured him walking in an incredibly odd pose... move the car to the left 3 feet and get a low shot w/ a shallow DOF at f/5.6 or so and it'd be pretty killer.
