And wasn't racing.
Hey, Celicacobalt, I posted the following on another thread about the turbo kit I sold:
"One issue that has never been logged is whether [air flow under boost as read by the MAF] drives the stock injectors to 100 pecent duty cycle. I believe it would, since they're right on the edge under naturally aspirated WOT. Therefore, the set-up would benefit from 2.0 injectors and the Cavi harness, and HPTuning to the stock computer. Then tune the SMT-6 for any additional fuel needed. Personally, I think with HPT and bigger primary injectors, the rich problem under non-WOT boost [as seen on the other Alpine 2.2 set-ups as well as my 2.4] could be eliminated by tuning the SMT-6 to not provide additional fuel except at WOT. However, the SMT-6 would still be used to reduce timing under any boost condition, whether WOT or not (the timing change would be a pure factor of boost). I didn't have the time or resources to work this out, though."
Something to think about when you're doing your stock+piggy-back tuning.
Good luck!

since the weather has got warmer my turbo 2.4 ss has been running pretty good on the crappy tune. i noticed when the traction control is working it runs better as well, when the traction control decides to call it quits it shifts super hard and runs crappier.
funny my tune seems to work better in warmer weather as well, it stopped throwing codes and jsut works, stil gotta fine tune the ve tables though, tuning is rough on the 2.4 these 5 dimiensional tables are annoying.
dont worry, you'll get it, and then you'll be faster than me, n my bad as na LOL

When its cold you get denser air which equals more air but your getting the same fuel, so the mixture's lean. It warms up, less air gets ride of the lean issues so the a/f is where is should be.
Hahaha... that's not true at all. The shifting hard has to do with the transmission tuning that guy did. He firmed up your shifts. He probably adjusted some values for tables that kick in under WOT.
Edit: 800x600 pixel image is a tad large for a sig, dontcha think?
