$4000 for less than 100hp? I don't see this being worth it unless your in the position that Twincharged is in and you can install and make most of the parts yourself. For the average Cobalt owner this mod is not going to be in the cards.

Stop looking at that dyno. It is not a true representation of what the car can and will do. All the parts listed aren't even on the car yet. So to past judgement at this point is moot. You guys expect the world overnight. Sit back and let me finish.

The dyno was extremely off that day. The car is extremely fast. I took a ride in it and I was speechless. His car was also tuned for colder weather while the temp there was aroun 50 degrees.

Alright, I will take your word for it. I just want you to know that I am not bashing your setup or your efforts in any way at all. I want to see these cars succeed just as much as everyone else does and I love seeing new things. But as a consumer I have always been a little wary of the twin charging idea.

To be honest the way I am doing this probably won't fit the Cobalt due to the tight confines of the front radiator support. It looks as if it will hit the larger supercharger pulley.

It bears repeating that his dyno was at only 15 psi wich is 3 psi less than what my car makes but over 70 more hp at the wheels than mine. I would tend to also agree with twincharged about looking at track times more than dyno numbers. My car only dynos in the 210 range but I lay down better 1/4 mile times than about 90% of the people on here.

Hey Anthony! Its Travis, your first Psi-Fi'd SS.

Nice to see the twincharge setup finally up and running. Very nice numbers for the boost you were running. I can't wait to see what you do with it over time!

I'll have to come to one of these dyno days. I'd love to take a ride, maybe even get a set of those traction bars.

Have a good one!

i have to agree twin charging is hot get the best of both worlds. there will be more potential with the twincharge setup soley becuase of the turbo...once fine tuned and maybe some internal mods the twin charge setup can prolly hit up to 350+ hp. But in all reality it's gonna cost alot more to do a twin charge setup.. I think for most of us cobalt guys we'd rather spend the money on a different s/c that puts out more cfm. prolly cost less too.

Couldnt you just cut a notch out of the radiator support

Yeah but then your radiator would drag across the ground as you drive

i want to see just a turbo, i think u guys are letting the "coolness" of a twincharge overcome the fact that the s/c is limiting u. on a type-s which is a 2L as well, if u put 15 psi on it, ur at 350whp easy. at 21 psi ur saying u hung with a 440whp s4? again that boost on a type-s will give u over 450whp.

at the same time with a s/c a type-s gets around 270 at 7psi. so i guy we just have a better engine.

either way, its a cool idea and dont get me wrong, i give u props. just dont let my 300 whp NA beast catch ya on the road. haha!
