Got bored so I went out & did a quick video of my exhaust.

Shot with a Canon A570, so the sound quality isn't amazing, but you get the idea.

Not bad reighn...i was looking at the monza too..cause of how cheap it was but ended going with Megan catback...nice...identical mods to mine except that i got zzp downpipe w/cat and hp tuned

 

Yeah, i had the zzp header/dp combo... it was just to loud for me . So i got the zzp shorty instead

 

oh i see..yea i m used to loudness of my car now..as it gets colder..it will get louder

 

nice, I don't hear any rasp though so not sure what the other guy was referring to...

so this is with the stock DP?

 

yes... i had major volume issues with the ZZP downpipe, even with a cat

 

yo, i just checked this out... i must say, that exhaust is pretty boss!
how loud is that in person?
its nice and deep at idle, i just dont like when mufflers down out the engine. (the typhoon intake makes the engine sound awesome!)

 

it's definatly louder then stock, but not super loud either...

 

well... it seems that every muffler is louder than stock hahaha, how hogh were you revin' in that vid anyways? because usually catbacks get quite raspy at higher rpms... and i didnt really notice that on your vid.

 

the moving ones are probably up to ~6000, the idle ones ~4500

If it's not raining friday maybe i'll do a new video since its a bit warmer out now

better then i expected i've heard that exhaust before on a 2.2 and it sounded like total **** that wsas much better then i expected it to be .. still a little tinnie for my taste but thats just me

 

i think thats the first time i've ever seen someone do a sound clip while going in reverse anyone else laugh a little at that?
