I remember seeing those in Popular Science a few years ago. It's certainly a cool idea. From what I heard about them they were pretty noisy and uncomfortable, but it couldn't be much less uncomfortable than a low profile tire anyways.

No flat tires! I can see them being a stiff ride, but no more than a low profile performance tire. I'd like to see what they ride like.

I would guess that the longer the spokes, the more bounce and slop, the shorter the less play and give.

Police spike strips will not work on these, so I guess they would have to rely on the PIT maneuver.

I thought it was precision immobilization technique. Either way ye u get owned and arrests at the end which ever way u put it.

hate to see what a pothole at 75 would do to these. the highways up here are way to rough IMO for something like this. i cant watch the video so maybe they already touched on that. but i dont see it happening.
