Hey guys I had the dealer install the GM stage 1 turbo upgrade on my 08. The car has 54,000 on it. Everything was fine when I left the dealer the car was definitely faster and had around 21psi. But that was 4 days ago, now the car is making 0psi of boost. I cant hear the turbo at all really. I checked the vaccum lines to the boost solenoid and turbo. I also checked the charge pipes for looseness or cracks. The car isnt making any noises that are abnormal and it acts just as if it were a factory non turbo car. Like I said no CEL's. So what should I do?

 

Check the intercooler end tanks? Definately seems like a boost leak somewhere.

 

Oh yea, check the sensors.

The sensors are brand new. Not even on the car a week, and they're the ones that come with the GM performance upgrade.

 

Do some research. Alot of people with the Gm stage 1 kits have had issues with the kit. Mainly installation issues from a poorly put together kit.
