This week I noticed my car was making a weird squeaking noise under the hood. I opened it up to check it out (had no idea what I was doing). Everything seemed to be running correctly though. Then a few days later I noticed that while in first and second gear (even in neutral) my boost will not get over 0, but 3rd, 4th, and 5th dont seem to have a problem. Didn't know what was wrong at all... Help me out ... ;-;(sad face)

Your issue is similar to mine. No weird noise but noticed on starts... my 09 SS indicates 0 boost in 1st gear all the way-up to 4500 rpm then shift to 2nd boost will blip a few psi then settle down to 0.
Shift to 3rd and boost comes on strong about 2000RPM and seems to be normal throughout the rest of the gears.

Car is stock 5800 miles. No CEL. I've done searches closest I found had to do with an acctuator on the TC there is a TSB (don't recall the number off hand) but not found anything other than what you experienced. Before I try going to dealer any advice or similar experiences would be huge.
