Hey everyone, just got my car a week ago and it is fantastic.....except it doesn't really shift so smooth into first. A couple times when I go to shift into first it is like I hit a brick wall. I bring it to neutral, pump the clutch then it goes in fine. Just me or is this semi common?

 

my car does the same thing.. it comes and goes.. hasnt really done it since i replaced the roll pin..

 

I have an 09 SS/TC and my car did the same exact thing and sometimes with 5th, but i took it to the dealership they said its normal. I installed a hurst short throw and now its completely different ***** so smooth and no force to get into gears. I recomend trying a short throw i think its just the shitty stock shifter.

 

For the hurst short throw where did you order it from? Does that effect my warranty in anyway if I install it myself?
