Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check your hoses for dry rot and such. Also, no CEL?

so there is no vacuum leak I looked, im pulling 11.7lbs of boost I had it stall out at every stop light, but I found out it only does it when you are in gear and have the clutch depressed if you put it in neutral before stopping at the light it doesn't do it. I am completely lost at what it could be if anyone has a idea please let me know. Thanks
