P0131, rough idle, bogging, no power. Help!!

So sat. i was on my way home and out of no where the car started bogging and wouldnt go above about 3000rpms it was doing something similar to when my maf sensor got wet but worse. well after the awful ride home i decided that i would just look at it in the morning bc it was getting late. sunday morning i go out and start the car and it runs great. so i went to work, which i drive for, and everything was fine all day. now today i went out to go somewhere and start the car and the idle is terrible. car sounds like its gonna stall and drops to about 700rpms and then jumps up to about 2000 rpms. i pulled the maf sensor out and cleaned it along with the filter and is still doing it and my interceptor is reading a P0131.
Please help

131 pertains to 02 sensor.

Might be lose wiring

Also clean your throttle body.

I've been having a misfire in all 4 cylinders hooked up a scan tool seen it for myself in the misfire mode went through all my parameters only thing I found was the second 02 sensor not reading ohms and wasn't heating up and closing the loop to read from the ecu replaced the sensor still doing same thing mods are Hahn cool ram intake and autolite iridium spark plugs. Stumped!

rough idle can also be Evap system. But you usually see other symptoms.
