Exclamation 3RD GEN PROJECTORS DRL's NOT WORKING!!!

I have an 05 Cobalt ss/sc and I purchaed a set of 3rd gen Projector headlights, it came with the wiring harness to connect to the stock harness. I am running a 8000k 35w Hid Kit for the low beams and regualr halogen bulb for the high beam. Last week for some reason the left headlight went out which turned out to be the fuse so I replaced it and my headlights were working fine until last night when I went to heat up my car (I live in Ottawa currently -25C ) and my low beams (drl's) would not come on so I tried turning them on manually but nothing, I have checked all the fuses and the only one that was blown was the left side low beam fuse so I replaced it but still nothing. My high beams still work but my low beams with the HID kit do not, my ballasts and bulbs are new, I replaced them 2 weeks ago.. I have also checked the parking light fuse from what I looked up is my drl fuse and it is ok...so I am not to sure what it can be.

HELP PLEASE!!!!

You probably have a short somewhere that is blowing all those fuses. check your wiring over.

^ yeah good point. take the black cap off the back of the headlight and see if the wires are connected properly to the bulb.
