Adjusting door closing
Adjusting door closing
Hey folks,
I've been getting REALLY sick of taking my car into the dealer to get things fixed. The "technicians" (not even frigging mechanics) don't care. So I've resorted to fixing my own problems. This one has been bugging me for a long time. Wind whistles. I'm going to replace the weatherstripping, but I noticed my front doors do not close with the same tightness the back ones do. Actually, all of them appear to be not closed all the way - the doors don't feel flush with the surrounding panels to the opening side of the door. I'm going to loosen the striker and move it back about 2mm, but what about adjusting how tight the door feels when you shut it? How do you adjust that?
Thanks
