Aftercooler pump not workin!
Is there power to the pump.I would use a test light between the termianls. Check the fuse it is a 15 amp fuse.it is after the relay so if it has power the relay is ok.It should set a code if there is somethin is wrong with the cct.I think you have air in the system.I had a hard time to get it out when I added the extra he. Did you open the bleeder and let the car Idle filling it up. The ic pump runs anytime the engine is running.
You can feel a difference, at least I could. The I/C pump is a high speed buzz, the car at idle is much lower frequency, and more harsh. You can almost hear the pump running. Listen/feel for it, then unplug it and see if it changes. You also could check to make sure you have power at one side of the connector while performing this test. If you got power, its a dead pump, take it to the dealer if you are in warranty. If no power, check the fuse (15A) in the underhood box, do a visual inspection of the wiring, go from there if needed. I'd put my money on the pump or connector.
I have checked the relay and the fuse and they are fine, im gonna try to bleed the system tomm by using the bleeder plug and then il try to see if there is power to the pump! Is there an upgrade available for our IC Pump?
