Air/Fuel ratio running Lean...

09 Cobalt SS/TC the car is stock with injenz in take and up piping. When driving the car I have 0 boost all the time. I think it reads p101 air/fuel ratio running Lean. It's been at a GMC certified dealership for almost 3 months. They call me today and said they don't know what the problem is come get it in the morning. They tried switching the ECM but did not help. It ideals ruff then cuts off. When I unplug the MAF sensor it ideals fine but it's not the MAF. I was thinking it could be the wastegate actuator or boost seilonid any ideas?

Had the same issue three years ago, no boost and lean codes. The factory intercooler was split on the side. Odds are you have a massive boost leak

I have no boost leaks. I got a new wastegate actuator on the way I hope that solves the problem

How did you test for boost leaks? Because what you're describing sounds a lot like a boost leak.
