Alternator Replacement: Do they touch the PCM?

Hey guys, well we are having my alternator replaced at the dealer, but they do not know I have pieced my own stage 2 wannabe kit together on my own. So what I need to know is, will they touch my pcm/ecu? If they do, then I need to get my tune back from my tuner.... I figure they won't mess with it, but you never know!

there has never been an alternator that I have replaced that ever had anything to do/related to the PCM. I say you will be safe.
