So my car is an auto (I know auto sucks..) when im in drive with the ac on, the car shakes when im holding the brake. I let go and it stops. But if I hold the brake and put it in neutral, it stops too. I dont know if it is the ac compressor. Another thing that happened recently is the turn signal thing stays stuck to the right when i use it. When I put it the other way it just reverts on its own. I can hear.the click it does when turning the wheel but the blinker is not on. I am kind of disappointed since I've had my car for 3 years later this month and its falling apart lol. Also my remote stopped working, and the lock actuator in my drivers side wont work with the lock buttons. I have to pull and press the thing at the end of the door to lock and unlock it. And my arm rest sorta melted, and the habdles inside are peeling.. this sucks lol

 

The shaking I'm sure is just the AC load on the engine. The turn signals are just made of plastic and at some point are going to fail like that.

My turn signal has been the same way pretty much since new. I just deal with it. As for the ac it could be normal or you could have a bad engine mount and the ac is just aggravating the situation. Check the mount up top near the air box. They would go bad and create the same simptoms on the old Saturns.

 

CED has the turn signal units for like $35, common problem.

And the auto sucks in so many ways, vibs in gear while stopped being one of those reasons.

 

It also could be destoryed transmission mounts, or softer transmission mounts allowing the engine to sit differently and tranmit the vibs more

 

Thanks guys ill check the mounts and I dont think it would be trans mounts since it shifts smooth and doesnt jerk when I shift from reverse to drive or park. And the turn signal I think ill change out.. how can I take it out? Also does CED have the actuator for my lock on the door?

Turn signal is supposed to be a 15 minute job, but I've yet to change mine out.
