Back to the dealer
Hi, All I am new to this board, I own a 2009 Pontiac g5 ( same as colbalt )
I noticed an oil leak on the passenger side by the oil pan,
Took the car to the dealer they ran a dye test and confirmed it was leaking out of the corner of the oil pan. They re-torque the bolts and said it stopped So guess the next day it still leaks.. Anyone have this issue it’s a 2009 DISAPOINTED that it would leak with only 50k on it

Can some please just answer the question.
If they ran the dye test and re torque bolts to oil pan, why would it still leak in the same place should they of not just replaced the gasket ???

Look, your best bet would be to just go to the dealer. If they give you ****, find another dealership. If THEY give you ****, which is highly likely because it's GM, unload the curse and get a car that you won't hate in a month anyway.
