Question bad idle and check engine light question

my car is acting very funny. it is staying at 1300 to 1500 rpms and boost gauge is reading -10 and will not go under that. basically it is acting like my foot is resting on the gas pedal. i went to autozone and had them pull the codes bc of the check engine light and the codes are p0069, p2a01, p2261. i disconnected the battery to re-set the computer but it came right back as soon as i turn the key. any ideas? thanks

Dont know about the codes but the high idle and the low vacuum sounds like vacuum leak.
Check your hoses.
