so ive done some searching and cant find the answer im looking for.

last night on my way home from work my CEL came on and it seemed to lose power.
I did not drive it again until i went to work this morning, the light is still on and it seemed to surge when stopped and the lights dimmed and then when i went to park i backed in to my spot and it stalled i went to restart and it was a really hard crank lasted like 14-15 seconds then it turned over and did the surging thing:

mods are stage 1 and CAI

also its been doing some serious raining could it be from water in the filter or the intake i.e. not allowing good air intake?

 

check your air filter, is it wet?

 

it was last night when i came home but this morning? it was doing the idle surge upon start up before i pulled out of my garage would it still be wet from overnight? sitting for 9 hours?

 

well its a oiled cloth like material, located in a semi sealed off spot... I would check it to see if its still wet, then check your maf too.

dried filter, problemed solved, cleared code, have had zero issues, i cleaned TB, MAF, and checked boost pressures while i was at it
