Bad, news and problems with my SS/SC

Ok... So I recently traded in my 2005 SS/SC Victory Red for a 2005 SS/SC Cobalt Sunburst Orange with the G85. As soon as I bought the car I had the Stage two installed.

THEN IT RAINSSSSSS....

When it rains the car during acceleration, cuts out and stumbles pretty hard. One would think this is caused by a bad electrical connector or something of that sort. Well I brought it into the dealership, and they blamed it on the step colder NGKs I installed. So i told them to put the stock ones back in. Then they told me that the Cylinder 4 Misfire is still happening with the plugs in. I took my car back they told me to call back when it rains again!~?

Now with all of this going on I feel as if I cant trust anybody so I go get a second opinion at a different chevy dealership and they come back with this vehicle inquiry list and claims list, that describes every major service the car has had it entire life, and it has on it FIVE... I Repeat FIVE cylinder head replacements, UNDERWARRANTY, all of which is dated to have happened within one year of the poor bastard, who owned it before me having the car.

I bought the car with roughly 15,000 miles on it and all I kept thinking is why does this car have such low mileage? Car fax was clean though. So I purchased the car. I didn’t think to ask for this vehicle Inquiry list.

Any help on what I should do, or if this was your car before me, please contact me ASAP.

If anyone has had anything like this happen (I mean the problem with the rain and the stumbling motor symptoms) Please respond.

All of your help is appreciated and I’m sorry for the long as post, but I am very frustrated.

Steve

I drive for work a long distance so In the two years I had my victory red car I put 49,000 miles on it. My warranty was up and this was a G-85 and I liked the sunburst orange better.

Check the connections of your O2 sensors under the car. The dealership is ****** retarded. If your car runs fine when it's dry out then its not your plugs.

When we installed the headers on my Eclipse we had to lengthen the O2 wires. It was a major pain in the ass to make them water tight. When it rained the car experienced the same symptoms.

Good Luck.
