I've been running my Badmab header for a year now. Zero issues.

Sully, I told you to contact Brad. He is a good guy, and will make things right.

Did you talk to him yet?

Dude get out of my thread your comments are worthless and you have to start some where, You dont just start Modding and all of a sudden in 3 months know everything there is to know, I simply posted a problem with a product and people like you chime in with your Dumb Comments, But what if this happened to YOU? I'm still learning about all of this and If I knew how to fix it I would have done it my self Genius,

Yes, Several Times....He sent me another header to replace the warped one that I have on my car now which I was thankful for, But the one he sent me was even worse than the one thats on my car now, The one he sent me was sooo Bad that their was like small "valleys" on the part of the header that has the 4 tubes on it(the non collector side). There would be massive air leaks if I attempted to have it put it on.

Wow. That sucks.

You would think Brad would check it before he sent the new one out.

Well, it has a lifetime warranty. Ask him to send a new one again. I can't believe he would do that.

My first Badmab header had a warped flange (I checked before I installed it). I sent photos to Brad, and asked him to please check the replacement header before sending it to me. He assured me he would. The new header he sent me was mint. It had real nice welds, perfect flanges, and a clean collector area. I would contact him again. He is a good guy.

wait, you can't believe he would do that but the same thing happened to you? you purchased "new," remember? It happened twice for this guy, once for you. I'd say there is a pattern.

The same thing did not happen to me.

My first one had a warped flange.... I didn't install it.

Brad sent me a new one with perfect flanges. Problem solved.

Sully has had an issue with 2 different Badmab headers.

If Sully explained to Brad that the flanges are warped (which he says he did), and wants a replacement header, you would think Brad wouldn't send him another defective one. That's what I was getting at.

If you ever delt with Brad you would understand. He is a good guy. That's why I'm shocked.

I have spoke with Sully personally a few times, and tried to help him out.

Brad has always offered a 100 % guarantee, if you dont like it he will send you another before you send the defective one back, OR if you dont like it he will refund you 100%. I dont see what the issue is here...

If you dont like it get it refunded and put your money elsewhere.

Brads always been great with the community here. And for the price and gain vs other headers in our market it cant be beat. Am I saying every single header shipped out is going to be mint/flawless? nah thatd be retarded to say. Bad ones do get out of every company.

How many times have you emailed him? just once?

Yeah Man, I mean its not like I want to just Bash him to Bash him, But I just dont think its right thats all and I get the fact that their headers are cheap in price but I did expect a certain level of Quality, I expect the Product to Work Properly. Josh you of all people know exactly how many Issues I've been having with the header. I just dont understand why people on this site Bash you for Posting a Expierence with a product? Makes No Sense.

Josh, I did the same exact thing(Seriously) After I told him that my Header was Indeed Warped around the Collector area he was very nice and said he would get me a replacement, I also asked him to please make sure that the Replacement is Flat and to have someone check it and he agreed, When I recieved the new one it looked nice but as me and my Tech looked closer he put the straight feller gage on it and you could see very BIG areas of light coming through on several areas on the long Flange and the Collector was off a little too but the Tech said he could prolly fix that. So I just got fed up and took it Immediatley to the nearest Machine shop to get it fixed.
