I would of definitley put it on myself so that you know whats going on, torque down the bolt pretty tight and after a couple hours of driving retorque them. I had the exact exhaust leak and i bought a remflex gasket and it worked great. Then there was a rattling sound so i checked the downpipe and the little collar inside was loose, so i welded it back on and no noise what so ever. THen i bought a zzp downpipe which works amazing

n check if the gasket aint blowin on one of the faces.

i was using vibrant header w/o a gasket n no leak.
What do you mean by blowing on one of the faces? I'm almost positive bothsides of the downpipe are sealed because I used good gaskets. I think if anything the gasket at the head is leaking because I used the bad mab one... Anyone know of a good THICK exhaust manifold gasket?

Sully,

I've been working with you and I apologize if you got a header that was bad, but where I had to put my foot down is when you expected me to send you $70 to have a machine shop work on it. I even went around the warranty by sending you a return label for the header which I NEVER do. Send the header back and, like I told you in a previous e-mail, I will PERSONALLY make sure everything is righted.

Thanks,
Brad
