You did properly bleed every brake right, I forget the order I believe it's passengers back then front then drivers back then front.

Just to verify you are bleeding in this order

Also mabe some can cone in and verify this but I believe it is possible to damage the master cylinder by overstroking it caused by low fluid or rapid pumping or something

No. Read the how-to.

I wouldn't bother bleeding the rears if you didn't disconnect them.

I have bled it every way possible even the correct order even with the rears

Fluid comes out with a nice flow. Once I start the car and has zero breaks

I have hurt I may need a scan tool to bleed the ABS module.

Has anyone heard of this or did this?

Didn't think taking my calipers off would run into a pain in ass like this

Good luck bleeding the ABS module. My system ran dry a few years back. The only people I could find to open the ABS ports is chevy. My buddy manages an Exon and even he tells me that he doesn't have the tools to open the ports. If those lines are dry you would still have good brake pressure. My brakes are very responsive still. Just a bit mushy for the first bit, then perfectly fine.

Air can get into the abs module it requires tech2 or equivalent to cycle the module

Ya, its a bitch, but it wouldn't cause a complete lack of pressure. Just a mushy feeling

Wonder what could be my cause

I had them off for two days and put them back on, filled this master cylinder all the way to the top and try to bleed them.

Damage to the seals can occur in the master cylinder if there is low fluid in the system
Piston strokes further than usual due to low fluid then picks up trash or sediments and ruins seals

If I understand correctly, you should still be able to bleed them correctly but the ABS unit is still going to have old fluid in it, and that shouldn't matter in this case since you're just bleeding them to make the car safe to drive. I use a pressure bleeder and it works perfectly even though the ABS never cycles.

If you're trying to get out every last drop of old fluid, then yes, you'd need the tool to cycle the ABS. Or you could do like some people do - find a wet or icy road and slam on the brakes a few times. Then bleed the whole system again.

Or not worry about it. I'll bet if you went to Midas or some place like that they wouldn't bleed the ABS.

Say, is it possible you have the calipers on the wrong sides? Bleeders would be on the bottom if they're on the wrong side.
