I noticed that while using the no lift up shift from first to second the car bogs and sputters then takes off.

I let it rev to just before 6K anf shift quickly and when the car engages 2nd the tires spin very quick and then the car bogs and sputters and takes about a second and then starts hauling again.

It is completely stock 2009 SS/TC with 1600 miles. No tune. The shift cable broke about a week ago and the dealer fixed it within a day. After that the car has bogged. It feels like an all around lack of power.
