my cobalt is shaking

ok when I putting on the brakes and coming to a stop at a light or stop sign, my wheel starts shaking right and left. Also when i'm coming down a hill, theres like this clucking nose under my car too. is it my aliment or brakes, i've never had the breaks done yet im like at 66000kms. 08 cobalt.

Please help me

if its only when your breaking your rotors could be warped, or otherwise i would say your control arm bushings are shot perhaps, i would check both

its the brake rotors yest u can machine them but then they will be even thiner and warp quiker> so it u are usaly hard on ur brake i would sugest upgrading ur brakes to drilled and sltoed rortors

if it were to be your control arm bushing and you have them replaced them you might need one, but if its just your breaks, it would be a good ideal to have it check thou if you never had one, if you have more that 50,000miles i say do one anyways.

My car is in the dealership as we speak for the same problem. This is the second time it has happened. Control arm bushings need to be replaced AGAIN. They are also replacing the steering column cuz it would also shake when braking
