If the solenoid or acuator or both go out,will the car idle like crap?

spray some starting fluid around it if it stumbles or revs might as well replace it. or u have a vaccum leak there.

first off take the bottom line off the actuator, if you hear vaccum coming from either line one of them are bad, easy way to tell if there bad. if you have a code check it, and you can go from there. Also itll gve you a shitty idle if you have a vacuum leak
