Boost Problem & Now Engine Power Reduction!
Finally got my alternator issues fixed (melted ground) and now I have a whole new issue!
Ever since I cleaned my TB and moved the butterfly I've had a CEL throwing the P0171 code. The other day I noticed I wasn't building boost past 1psi. It would read 0 with the key clicked once and -20 at idle. The SC whine didn't become apparent until around 4k in each gear and it felt like it was down on power.
I re-bolted the TB and re-clamped the coupler from the intake to the TB. I tried listening for any apparent leaks from hoses and the BPV valve but didn't notice anything.
I was just out doing chores and all of a sudden the car went into enginer reduction mode and I limped it home. Would a boost leak cause this or is it probably something else?

Disconnected the battery for 15 minutes to see if it would clear, which it did (for now...). Drove around the block a few times to see if it would repeat and it didn't for now.
