Brakes still self-applying

My brake situation so far...

Here's what I have on the car, and whats been changed.

1) Master brake cyl.
2) Bleeding brake fluid (computer analyzed and by pedal)
3) Resurfaced drilled/slotted rotors
4) New brake pads
5) Steel braided brake lines
6) ABS disconnected (3 fuses) no worky

Gist of the story...

The more I drive, the hotter all four rotors and pads get, and an equal amount of scouring on all four rotors is visible after turning them. So hot that you can hear them sizzle after a 10-20 mile highway drive @ 65mph or more. The rotors begin to vibrate horribly, and I have to pull over to pump the brake to release the pressure.

I'm currently on my 6th mechanic, and around $450 dollars in the hole on this issue. That's not including the 200-220 miles I get out of one complete gas tank due to this issue.

Any help?

Here are some thickness specs
Maybe the rotors have been resurfaced below spec and the pistons in the calipers are over extending.

Front
Brake Rotor Minimum Allowable Thickness After Refinish
22.75 mm
0.896 in
Brake Rotor Discard Thickness*
22.0 mm
0.87 in

Rear
Brake Rotor Minimum Allowable Thickness After Refinish
12.0 mm
0.472 in
Brake Rotor Discard Thickness*
11.8 mm
0.465 in

But if it is all four wheels at once(Remember all pads drag and all four rotors will get hot with even a short stop)
Things you can check
-Brake pedal coming up all the way(I know it has a switch but it could be whats holding the brake pedal
-Remove the fuse or disconnect the abs module some how to eliminate it as a problem.

Mechanic took the car home last night; drove 17 highway miles back home, and 17 back to work and was finally able to replicate what I've been experiencing.

He claims it's the brake booster, and it will be fixed today.

Guess we'll see, otherwise it's on to mechanic # 7.

only other thing I could possibly see it being is the ABS distribution block. I had to replace that on a '91 Celica.... had me dumbfounded for the longest time, come to find out it's not an unusual problem on that car.

It only affected the front brakes, not the whole system though..... but anything is possible at this point

I'll find out tomorrow when I drive it home...

I'm ready to take off my mods and drive this car off a cliff.

Brake booster has been replaced

so far everything is working normal, and the brakes are not applying. horray...

Only cost a ridiculous sum of money to finally solve my car's issue.

Let the mods and tuning continue
