bypass valve

I've had 2 bypass vales go bad in my 09 ss tc now and all I have done to it is gm stage upgrade a k&n short ram intake and injen pressure pipes. Anybody have any ideas what might be my problem? car only has 18K on it too

so will your charge pipes and intake. so what? they have to prove that your aftermarket equipment was the cause of the failure. And if you have warranty, just take it in then.

good point last time i took it in they said nothing about my intake and charge pipes and if they give me any issues ill ask him them can they prove my parts caused it

They are supposed to prove it but they will refuse to fix it if it is gonna cost them much. I took mine in under warranty a couple months ago for a leaking head before I went SC and for the first 2 times it was there they said nothing but as soon as they found out they were gonna need to do a lot to the head they came up with a list of things that voided my warranty among which was my interceptor. So yeah they have to prove it but in the end its your word against theres and they will argue with you endlessly about it
