A/C HELP from people with experience

So I had an A/C hose slice open from the radiator fan housing resting on it, and im in the process of trying to fix it. I got the part(#15-33838) and will be replacing it this weekend. When the leak occurred I was able to tell exactly where it was, so I let the rest of the Freon leak out(had no choice) and taped off the pipe so no dirt/debris would get into it. Its been about 2 months, and I have not run the A/C other than once just to verify it doesnt work now that the freon leaked out.

My question is, What now?!

I know I need to vacuum out the system before I add Freon, but Im not sure if I should just add the freon and some pag oil back in, or just freon or what. I assume the oil is still in the system but im no expert.

Any help would be appreciated. And if anyone has any experience replacing the part that would be helpful too. Thanks!

If it leaked out two months ago you will also have to replace the receiver dryer or it will freeze up due to excess moisture

Wouldn't running a vacuum on the lines remove any moisture?
