Hey past 2 days I can start it runs fine but as soon as you start driving it just dies need help please 2.0 lsj

 

well first off, can you give us alot more info? does the car do anything weird like start shuddering , or lights flashing? anything.

 

We know nothing about your car from the post. More info is needed mods, codes, recent services/upgrades

i think its somthing to do with your fuel then. Once you start driving, your car burns more fuel, so might be your fuel pump having a hard time with 80s. Might need a aftermarket one? i dont know. any codes?

 

No codes have came up on the interceptor

 

huh. maybe your CEL lightbulb went out. try bringing it over to a parts store and see if theres any codes . A other thing, do you have a aftermarket alarm system ?

 

Check your ground connections. Make sure they are all tight and in contact.

 

When does it die? During normal driving? During hard acceleration? during decelleration? Turning left? right?

You mentioned "No codes on the interceptor"
So when you get it runing, watch your ignition timing and Long term fuel trims, see what they do right befor/when it does... Check your A/F r right when it dies, TPS, ect.....

 

Check MAF.

Interceptor has it's own screen. Interceptor scanner > Generic parts store scanner.

 

And if the interceptor is broken, or not working properly ? Its good to double check!

 

You would know, man. You fix cars.

Piggy backing off this along with checking MAF, you could set the interceptor to record the data so you can play it back and analyze.

 

ya i fix cars , as in autobody. But **** like you take **** out of text! There is a reason my salvage Title Cobalt looks just as good as clean title cars, cause i fix cars. So shut the hell up, and let me know when you know how to do paint and bodywork.

I got it fixed after new fuel filter maf I think it was the maf thanks for the help guy's

My cousins sunfire kept turning off on her. it turned out to be the Throttle sensor.

 

Well got in the car this afternoon and stall again but only when I slow down please help
