Car shakes while accelerating?

Car shakes while accelerating?
whenever i acclerate the car shakes real bad. also, i can hear like a clunking/rattling noise which sounds like its coming from the front passenger wheel well. any input? i was thinking maybe an axle problem but i thought id see what you guys think. noticed it yesterday.
