Car turns on but doesn't crank?
Hey,
I was in the middle of a wiring job for my HVAC and two of my wires touched and I saw a spark... It never crossed my mind to disconnect the negative terminal from my battery, my fault I know... -_-
Anyways, I can turn the key to the on position and all my lights come on etc etc, but the car does not crank. I checked the fuses with a test light and they're still good.
Any ideas?
I am reading through these threads to get some ideas:

thanks in advance

I forgot which wires touched out of the seven wires.
Checked that one by eye and with a test light, still good.
Checked fuses inside the car on the passenger side with my test light
If I blew my BCM, would the other fuses still work?

Solved-
Thanks everyone for their suggestions, I ended up double checking the fuses and it was a blown fuse!
I guess I missed that specific fuse when I was checking with my test light, if anyone is curious it was fuse #10 HVAC/pk3+ (fuse box inside the car near the passenger side)
Weird how the hvac fuse is tied with starting the car lol but whatever, replaced it and the car cranks.

This happened to me the other day.
One way to tell that it is that fuse is that the rear defrost won't work and neither will the driver information control toggles to the right of the steering wheel.
