Idle Tick

I just started getting this noise like the last two days. I figured it had to do with the weather being in the teens recently, but I don't feel like this is gonna go away anytime soon.

Trying to diagnose the noise, before it becomes a serious problem.
Video shown, not exactly sure where it's coming from.

I do remember reading that this was the problem of one person, who I guess had a similar noise. His manifold was cracked.

My car has 160k on it and that manifold is stock and factory. Dunno if you would even call the thing holding it to the block nuts anymore.

It's cold af right now, but I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you.

Open to more suggestions in the mean time.

Is that a sound you guys are familiar with to being related to the exhaust manifold?

I thought it was either my supercharger coupling or timing chain/timing chain tensioner, but it doesn't sound like the latter that much.
