car WONT start

mods in sig. was running fine after applying trifecta tune. then, all of the sudden, it dies and wont start. cant get it to start. had t have it towed. the ony thing i can think of is i have 1 factory ac delco spark plug and the other 3 NGK iridiums. could that have blown something up? should i get new coil packs?

basically, it'll crank, but it will not start. not even a little bit.

son waiting patiently...

tow truck dude getting it all hooked up

being towed..... again....

1. Congrats on becoming a father.

2. No having different plugs will not cause anything to blow up. But why the hell would u have different plugs in there esp when tuning? Makes no sense. U might have lost ur tune. Was it a flash tune or what? Check to see if u have spark and/or fuel OR neither and get back to me

i had 4 ngk iridiums, rollermandan broke 1, so i had to throw in a factory one, why would it matter when im tuning? im not tuning it, it was a canned tune from trifecta anyways.

found the problem. it was the 10A fuse for the injectors.

congrats on becoming a dad. nothing personal (really mean that) but there's a lot of shitty people out there. and that's something my dad would've done. so when it comes to children, I make no exceptions. if I see a child getting abused, that parent gets laid the **** down.

just making sure

No...you don't want to replace a fuse with a higher fuse tolerance too much power/surge of power could fry whatever the fuse is protecting. You could go lower but might fry them often. Stick with the stock fuse amperage. (something I've learned all too well).

There is a tsb on the injector harness rubbing on the AC line causing misfires .
Check your harness your shorting out some where to blow the fuse other wise it will only happen again
sooner or later.

i think it has to do with the tune.

i never had the problem until i tuned it.

and it only really blows the fuse when the car is struggling to stay alive like when coming to a light, putting it in neutral, pressing the brake, the car will drop down to 300 and bounce around til i give it gas and sometimes it even dies. and sometimes when it dies, i cant start it back up because the fuse is blown. but it never happens at higher RPMs...

ive blown out 6 already. im going to wait until monday and talk to Vince. hopefully he can get it all sorted out

thanks for all your help guys

He tuned my car at his house and he is a real stand up guy and he WILL make it right if it is the tune.

I have heard that the 07s have been tricky too.
